About Us.
Dublin Algo Trading Company Ltd (DATC), trading as Foxrock Fintech, is an Irish Dublin based fintech company specializing in algorithmic trading solutions for the U.S. equity markets. Founded on six years of intensive research, coding, and real-world testing, we have developed a proprietary system called the “Gravitational Market Trading System.”
Our organization is exceptionally lean; the majority of our team is composed of developers and quant researchers, including our founding CEO, who is hands-on in writing code. Due to our focus on automation and efficient scalability, our cost base remains low, while our algorithms have shown strong performance historically.
All technology is developed in house and is wholly owned.
Our Algorithms.
Our "Gravitational Market Trading System" uniquely models financial markets after cosmological systems, using a multiscale approach to identify high-probability trade setups. Our ongoing research enhances this model through machine learning, refining trade execution and alignment analysis.
We use military-inspired names for our trading algorithms to reflect their precision, strategy, and discipline.

Marcus Brennan
Founder - CEO
Marcus has spent almost 30 years as a software developer, entrepreneur and business founder. He has designed, developed and sold sophisticated mission critical technology solutions to major blue chip clients and was a co-founder to many other technology businesses. Technology build and ownership is a core value of Marcus's and he is now focused on his passion, algorithmic trading with AI, and on building Foxrock Fintech. He personally leads the designs of the software architecture and of the AI algorithms in Foxrock and is hands on in all areas the coding with the team.
Alex Brennan Molano
Python Developer
Alejandro Brennan Molano, Industrial Engineer hailing from Madrid, excels in Python and CAD with SolidWorks, specializes in financial AI algorithms particularly using XGBoost. Alex is passionate about innovative solutions, fluent in English, and eager for collaboration in engineering and quantitative finance.

Danny Lawlor
Regulatory Advisor
Daniel is Founder at Aquest Advisory, a boutique firm that provides training, advisory and preparatory services to the Irish financial service industry. Prior to establishing Aquest Advisory, Daniel was the Head of the Central Bank of Ireland’s Funds Policy Team. He was involved in designing and drafting investment industry regulatory initiatives in Ireland from 2010 to 2017. This work included being the Central Bank’s project lead on CP86 – Fund Management Company Effectiveness. Daniel also represented the Central Bank of Ireland at IOSCO and ESMA committees. He was a member of the FSB’s team for the peer review of Brazil in 2016. Before that, Daniel worked as an investment funds lawyer for 9 years at William Fry LLP.
